State fees are paid either by debit or credit card at the Embassy or by bank transfer to the Embassy’s BankGiro account 521-5918 SEB Bank.

Please note that Embassy does not accept cash payments.
Please also note that the most low-cost option to renew Estonian identity documents is through the Police and Border Guard Board’s self-service portal.
