The Embassy of the Republic of Estonia in Stockholm announces that on Wednesday, 9 September 2026 as of 17.00, it is possible to meet with a consul at the Office of Estonian Honoray Consul Mrs. Marion Norrby, located at Adelsgatan 5. Consul will provide a brief overview of the possibilities for applying for Estonian citizenship and documents. In addition, upon prior registration, the following consular procedures can be performed:
- Acceptance of applications for passports and ID cards (both first-time and repeat applications). Please see more information: https://stockholm.mfa.ee/estonian-passports-and-id-cards-2/ and bring prefilled applications;
- Fingerprinting for passports and ID-cards;
- Renewing PIN codes for a valid ID card (issued before 17.11.2026), for more information: https://stockholm.mfa.ee/renewing-pin-codes/
- Checking and updating personal and residence data.
